Get Some Athletic Greens
It’s good to try new products. Back in January, I decided to give Athletic Greens a shot. I’m happy I did. They have a long track record. I feel great taking them and know I’m getting my bases covered.
I’ve been really impressed with their generosity as well. I am a part of their Facebook group and it’s been fun seeing others who enjoy Athletic Greens. Supplements are good but it is important to know that when it comes to making gains whether with muscle or fat loss, that hard work is necessary.
I typically will have a scoop of Greens first thing in the morning on a empty stomach along with some lemon juice. Then I will have some in the afternoon the same way. Recently, I’ve been encouraging others to give them a shot. Here is a link if you want to try them.
I would love to hear your thoughts about them. I have a buddy of mine who recently began them and he’s been feeling great. Their protein powder also has a great taste to it. I prefer the vanilla the best.
